Walk in Love

Hi, Friend!

To walk in love is to reflect the heart of God in our daily steps. It’s not always easy, especially when the world pulls us in other directions—but love is our highest calling. As we lean on His Spirit, may our lives be marked by grace, forgiveness, and compassion, just as Christ has loved us.

Our Father (The Lord’s Prayer)

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.

A Psalm of Praise and Thanks

Psalm 91

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”

Surely He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with His feathers; under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and rampart.

You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the calamity that destroys at noon.

Though a thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, no harm will come near you. You will only see it with your eyes and witness the punishment of the wicked.

For you have made the LORD your refuge, even the Most High your dwelling place. No harm will befall you, no plague will come near your tent.

For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways. They will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.

You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the young lion and the serpent.

“Because he loves Me, I will deliver him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges My name. He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him and honor him.

With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation.”
A Psalm for Mercy and Help

Psalm 62

My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from Him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress; I will never be shaken.

How long will you attack a man? Will all of you smash him like a leaning wall or a tottering fence? They fully intend to topple him from his lofty place; they take pleasure in lies. With their mouths they bless, but in their hearts they curse.

Rest in God alone, O my soul, for my hope comes from Him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress; I will not be shaken.

My salvation and my glory rest with God, my strong rock; my refuge is in God. Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts before Him. God is our refuge.

Lowborn men are but a breath, and highborn men are but a lie. When weighed in the balance, they are nothing; together they are but a breath.

Place no trust in extortion, or false hope in stolen goods. If your riches increase, do not set your heart upon them.

God has spoken once; twice I have heard this: that power belongs to God, and loving devotion to You, O Lord. For You reward each man according to his deeds.
Brief Prayer

Lord, help me to walk in love as Christ loved me.
Teach me to forgive as I have been forgiven.

Replace selfishness with a spirit of compassion.
Let my actions reflect the kindness of Your heart.
Fill me with patience to bear with others in grace.

Help me to see people through the eyes of Your love.
May my life shine with the love of Christ wherever I go.
Amen.
