Let God expose the lies you’ve believed. Truth sets us free. Today, ask God to shine light into any hidden places — He brings truth, not shame.
Our Father (The Lord’s Prayer)
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.
A Psalm of Praise and Thanks
Psalm 34
Magnify the LORD with me; let us exalt His name together. I sought the LORD, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears.
Those who look to Him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. This poor man called, and the LORD heard him; He saved him out of all his troubles.
The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear Him, and he delivers them. Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him.
Fear the LORD, you His holy ones, for those who fear Him lack nothing. The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing.
Come, my children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD. Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days, keep your tongue from evil and your lips from telling lies.
Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it. The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and His ears are attentive to their cry.
The face of the LORD is against those who do evil, to blot out their name from the earth. The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles.
The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all.
He protects all his bones; not one of them will be broken. Evil will slay the wicked; the foes of the righteous will be condemned.
The LORD will rescue His servants; no one who takes refuge in Him will be condemned.
A Psalm for Mercy and Help
Psalm 38
There is no soundness in my body because of Your anger; there is no peace in my bones because of my sin. For my iniquities have overwhelmed me; they are a burden too heavy to bear.
My wounds are foul and festering because of my foolishness. I am bowed down and brought very low; all day long I walk in mourning.
For my loins are full of burning pain, and there is no health in my body. I am faint and severely crushed; I groan in the anguish of my heart.
O Lord, all my desire is before You; my sighing is not hidden from You. My heart pounds, my strength fails, and even the light of my eyes has faded.
My loved ones and friends stand back from my affliction, and my neighbors stand afar off. Those who seek my life lay snares, and those who wish me harm speak of destruction; all day long they hatch treachery.
But I am like a deaf man; I cannot hear. I am like a mute who cannot open his mouth.
I am like a man who cannot hear, whose mouth can offer no reply. For I wait for You, O LORD; You will answer, O Lord my God.
For I said, “Let them not rejoice over me, those who gloat when my foot slips.” For I am ready to fall, and my pain is ever with me.
I confess my iniquity; I am troubled by my sin. Many are my vigorous enemies, and those who hate me without reason are numerous.
Those who repay my good with evil attack me for pursuing the good. Do not forsake me, O LORD; O my God, be not far from me.
Come quickly to help me, O Lord my Savior.
Brief Prayer
Father, You are truth and in You there is no darkness. Expose every lie that the enemy has whispered over me.
Replace falsehood with the unshakable promises of Your Word. Give me courage to walk in the light, free from deception.
When doubts try to chain me, remind me of my identity in You. Help me stand firm on what is eternal, not what is false. Let Your truth be my shield and my freedom. Amen.
