Lord, thank You that You do not condemn me. Free me from shame and fill me with Your restoring love. Help me see myself as You do.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Psalm 103
Bless the LORD, O my soul; all that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and do not forget all His benefits.
He forgives all your iniquity; He heals all your diseases. He redeems your life from the Pit; He crowns you with loving devotion and compassion.
He satisfies you with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. The LORD executes righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.
He made known His ways to Moses, His deeds to the people of Israel. The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion.
He will not always accuse us, nor will He harbor His anger forever. He has not dealt with us according to our sins or repaid us according to our iniquities.
For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His loving devotion for those who fear Him. As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.
As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him. For He knows our frame; He is mindful that we are dust.
As for man, his days are like grass—he blooms like a flower of the field; when the wind passes over, it vanishes, and its place remembers it no more.
But from everlasting to everlasting the loving devotion of the LORD extends to those who fear Him, and His righteousness to their children’s children—to those who keep His covenant and remember to obey His precepts.
The LORD has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all.
Bless the LORD, all His angels mighty in strength, who carry out His word, who hearken to the voice of His command. Bless the LORD, all His hosts, you servants who do His will.

A Psalm for Mercy and Help
Psalm 40
I waited patiently for the LORD; He inclined to me and heard my cry. He lifted me up from the pit of despair, out of the miry clay; He set my feet upon a rock, and made my footsteps firm.
He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the LORD.
Blessed is the man who has made the LORD his trust, who has not turned to the proud, nor to those who lapse into falsehood!
Many, O LORD my God, are the wonders You have done, and the plans You have for us—none can compare to You—if I proclaim and declare them, they are more than I can count.
Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, but my ears You have opened. Burnt offerings and sin offerings You did not require.
Then I said, “Here I am, I have come—it is written about me in the scroll: I delight to do Your will, O my God; Your law is within my heart.”
I proclaim righteousness in the great assembly; behold, I do not seal my lips, as You, O LORD, do know.
I have not covered up Your righteousness in my heart; I have declared Your faithfulness and salvation; I have not concealed Your loving devotion and faithfulness from the great assembly.
O LORD, do not withhold Your mercy from me; Your loving devotion and faithfulness will always guard me.
For evils without number surround me; my sins have overtaken me, so that I cannot see. They are more than the hairs of my head, and my heart has failed within me.
Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me; hurry, O LORD, to help me.
May those who seek my life be ashamed and confounded; may those who wish me harm be repelled and humiliated.
May those who say to me, “Aha, aha!” be appalled at their own shame.
May all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; may those who love Your salvation always say, “The LORD be magnified!”
But I am poor and needy; may the Lord think of me. You are my helper and deliverer; O my God, do not delay.

Brief Prayer
Father, I confess my failures and weaknesses before You.
Lift me when I fall and keep me from staying down.
Remind me that Your mercy is greater than my mistakes.
Help me rise again in the strength of Your Spirit.
Teach me that each stumble is not the end but a new beginning.
Fill me with courage to walk forward in grace.
Thank You that Your love is constant even when I fail.
