Lord God, thank You for the open invitation of the Gospel. It is not for the “perfect,” but for the thirsty. I come today, desiring the Water of Life that You offer so freely. Thank You that I don’t have to earn this refreshment or pay for this grace. I simply take it and drink. Fill me today with Your presence and let me live as one who has been truly quenched by the King. Amen.
