Psalm 61:3

For You have been my refuge, a strong tower against the enemy.

Precious Savior, when the enemy hurls arrows of guilt, reminding me of all the ways my actions have fallen short of Your love, I run to You. I cannot defend my own record; my only defense is Your cross. Thank You for being a strong tower that the accuser cannot penetrate. Keep my heart tucked safely inside Your mercy today, completely out of reach from the lies that try to steal my peace. Amen.
