Lord, I go through my day, making plans and worry about my future as if it all depends on my strength, forgetting that I cannot even guarantee my next breath. Forgive my pride and my anxiety. Help me to be faithful with the “today” You have given me, trusting that whatever tomorrow brings, You are already there. My plans are fragile, but Your purposes are eternal. Let me find my peace in You alone. Amen.
