My Lord, I am “heavy laden” today. I am carrying burdens of worry, expectation, and my own past mistakes. I’ve been trying to haul them all by myself, and I am exhausted. I hear Your invitation to come to You. I lay these heavy things at Your feet right now. I don’t want to pick them up again. Thank You for promising me rest—not just for my body, but for my very soul.
