Isaiah 44:3

For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and currents on the dry ground; I will pour out My Spirit on your offspring, and My blessing on your descendants.

Father, I feel like “dry ground” today. My prayers feel heavy and my spirit feels parched. I cling to Your promise to pour water on the thirsty. I am thirsty, Lord. Pour out Your Spirit on me and even on my family. Let the currents of Your grace flow through the desert places of my life until they bloom again. Thank You for being the God who brings life to the wilderness. Amen.
