Lord Jesus, You never promised that my life would be free from deep waters or scorching fires, but You promised to walk through them with me. The current feels overwhelming right now, and the heat of this current trial is intense. I am so tempted to give in to panic and feel abandoned. Remind my soul that the rivers will not sweep over me because You are holding my hand. Keep my faith steady as I pass through this difficult season, knowing that You are refining my character, protecting my spirit, and guiding me safely to the other side. Amen.
Isaiah 43:2
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.
