Father, I lay my raw feelings before You today. My soul feels downcast, and there is a quiet turmoil stirring inside my heart that I can’t seem to shake. Instead of hiding my pain, I speak Your truth to my soul right now: Hope in God! I refuse to let my shifting emotions dictate my faith. Even in the middle of this unsettled feeling, I choose to praise You as my Savior, my health, and my God. Amen.
