For you were like sheep going astray, but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

Sovereign Lord, I spent so long singing the tired old songs of my own sin, constantly going astray and trying to find my own way in the dark. But today, because of Your boundless grace, I have returned to the true Overseer of my soul. I yield my heart to Your authority today. Watch over my thoughts, guard my desires, and keep me so close to Your side that I never wander into the wilderness again. Amen.
