Lord, I confess that my “own understanding” is often a tangled mess of fear and logic that leads me nowhere. I’ve tried to figure out my own way for so long, and I’m tired. Today, I choose to trust You with my whole heart, even the parts that are afraid of the unknown. I acknowledge that I am not the master of my fate. Please, Lord, take the wheel and make my paths straight, for I cannot see through the fog on my own. Amen.
