Lord, when my soul feels downcast and restless, help me speak truth to myself. Lift my eyes from my circumstances to You, my Savior and my God. Restore my hope and fill my heart with praise even before the situation changes. Let my hope in You become a steady anchor in every season. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
