My Lord, I often talk as if I understand love, yet my actions reflect the opposite. Your love for me led You to the cross, but my own love seems to vanish and turn to bitterness the moment I face discomfort. Oh Lord, forgive my fickle heart and help me to love You, for I truly do not know how to on my own. Break my pride and teach my soul to respond to Your grace with a love that endures. Amen.
