My Lord, O Mighty One, You have told us that in this world we will have trouble. Yet because of Your great love for us, You came and proclaimed victory over all things. You call me to hold fast to You, that I too may walk in that victory. Help me, O God, to cling to You and never let go. Teach my heart to trust in You fully and to remain in You always, for You alone are my strength, my power, and my salvation.
