Keep going. God sees every effort, every tear, every step. Progress can feel slow. But God sees every small step, and He’s building something strong in you.
Our Father (The Lord’s Prayer)
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.
A Psalm of Praise and Thanks
Psalm 92
For You, O LORD, have made me glad by Your deeds; I sing for joy at the works of Your hands. How great are Your works, O LORD, how deep are Your thoughts!
A senseless man does not know, and a fool does not understand, that though the wicked sprout like grass, and all evildoers flourish, they will be forever destroyed. But You, O LORD, are exalted forever!
For surely Your enemies, O LORD, surely Your enemies will perish; all evildoers will be scattered.
But You have exalted my horn like that of a wild ox; with fine oil I have been anointed. My eyes see the downfall of my enemies; my ears hear the wailing of my wicked foes.
The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, and grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Planted in the house of the LORD, they will flourish in the courts of our God.
In old age they will still bear fruit; healthy and green they will remain, to proclaim, “The LORD is upright; He is my Rock, and in Him there is no unrighteousness.”
A Psalm for Mercy and Help
Psalm 94
How long will the wicked, O LORD, how long will the wicked exult? They pour out arrogant words; all the evildoers boast.
They crush Your people, O LORD, and oppress Your heritage. They slay the widow and the foreigner; they murder the fatherless.
They say, “The LORD does not see; the God of Jacob pays no heed.” Pay heed, you senseless among the people; O fools, when will you be wise?
Does He who planted the ear not hear? Does He who formed the eye not see? Does He who disciplines the nations not punish? Does He who teaches man lack knowledge?
The LORD knows the thoughts of man, that they are futile. Blessed is the man You discipline, O LORD, and teach from Your law, to give him rest from days of trouble, until a pit is dug for the wicked.
For the LORD will not forsake His people; He will not abandon His heritage. For judgment will again be righteous, and all the upright in heart will follow it.
Who will rise up for me against the wicked? Who will stand for me against evildoers? If the LORD had not been my help, my soul would soon have dwelt in the abode of silence.
If I say, “My foot is slipping,” Your loving devotion, O LORD, supports me. When anxiety multiplies within me, Your comforts delight my soul.
Can a corrupt throne be allied with You—one that brings misery by its decrees? They band together against the life of the righteous and condemn the innocent to death.
But the LORD has been my stronghold, and my God is my rock of refuge. He will bring upon them their own iniquity and destroy them for their wickedness. The LORD our God will destroy them.
Brief Prayer
Lord, I thank You that every act of faithfulness is seen by You.
When I feel tired, strengthen me with Your Spirit.
Help me not to grow weary in planting seeds of love and obedience.
Remind me that the harvest comes in Your time, not mine.
Keep my heart steady when results seem far away.
Fill me with joy in serving, even in small unseen ways.
May I persevere with hope, knowing You are at work.
Amen.
